      In general the service is very good, however one thing I did find unreasonable was the procedure of the hirer insuring the vehicle and claiming the money back at a later stage. If camptoo is setting itself up as a vehicle hire company, Then they have to find a better way of insuring their vehicles than using “dayinsure” To expect the hirer to do all the legwork arranging the insurance is not acceptable.

      It was easy to find a motorhome suitable for my needs but it fell short of my expectation as the camper we had was not really clean. I guess not knowing the condition of the camper before booking is something that would hold me back in the future. The process of booking though is very easy.

      Camptoo made it so easy to find the van we were looking for. Most of their site was very clear, the only problem we encountered was an "Oops, something went wrong" notice when we paid. In fact nothing had gone wrong and everything went smoothly. We'd recommend this site.

      The whole process was smooth and quick, the only issue was wrong address of picking up the campervan, it was not Forrestfield but Fremantle...please, could you correct it.

      I likes the website which is easy to navigate. Communications were clear and concise throughout. When I did have to call I wasn't waiting long before speaking to the right person. Camptoo did call me back when arranged and could not have been more helpful.

      Renting out Tintin has been one of the best experiences when it has come to travelling. The van is very cozy and is well equipped with the basic items you could ever need in a van. Even has a cool BBQ! Jelle has been super helpful and super flexible with us! I will for sure request Tintin again for any future travels.
