Hard to find fault to be honest. Easy process and simple to follow your guidelines. I did have some issues with my deposit payment that caused a last minute scramble, but not sure where the issue lay with that one.

We loved our time with Lady Grey! She is very easy to drive, has what's needed for a comfortable trip and feels sturdy and reliable. Alisdair was very helpful pre and during our trip, answering any questions we have about what's in the van, etc. Would definitely rent again.
