Communication good, very thorough. Slight confusion over the deposit - suggest you should explain that it is not taken out of your bank account but rather held on your card until the camper is returned to the owner and any damage assessed. The whole process of booking was quick & easy, thank you.

Was easily booked at quite short notice before our departure date. Had difficulty getting our driving licence cards uploaded. Had to photograph them and email in the end.

This is a fantastic site. and provided safeguarding (insurance) for me to feel like I could 100% trust the company. My partner and I needed a getaway and in the current worldly environment, we felt a little stuck for options. Hiring a campervan provided us with a wonderful way of escaping on holiday and seeing the sights, whilst maintaining social distancing. I have no doubt others will be doing similarly in these circumstances.
