The website is easy to use and the processes are fairly clear. The extra insurance to reduce the excess was a little confusing and I had to email the original insurer to find out further information.

Tim is an ideal renter in that he is welcoming, generous and easy going. He has done brilliant work on doing up the van to feel homely, I very much felt at home on there. A few things were still a bit of a work in progress (hob not quite up and running and water not running) but this did not take away from the quality of the work done to make the van nice, and I am sure these problems will be rectified soon as I was his first rent. I would highly recommend this van to anyone looking to have a straight forward van trip from a sound guy.
