This was our 1st time to rent a Mobile Home so we were completely in the dark as to what we were going to get and whether it would suit our needs. Karen the owner was stuck in Queensland because of Covid-19 so we were welcomed by husband Brian who gave us a detailed and well rehearsed explanation and demonstration of the home. One was not left to your own devises to figure anything out. For example the awning, Brian explained and demonstrated it then it was hands on for me to do it twice so that I had a clear understanding of it's operation. Turns out we didn't use it. Sorry Brian but the exercise was great.
There was nothing, I mean nothing we had to take apart from our clothes and teddy. There was even a large pot to cook up a stew or soup. A pump Thermos to have hot water whilst on the move. Every possible tap fitting to connect water at each stop. Bed coverings by the mile and many cushions to make us comfortable.
Driving the vehicle was no different to a car and fuel consumption was extremely good. Every caravan park on the way to Exmouth was booked to extremes so camping out of town was an experience my wife and daughter never allowed for and what an experience it was. The mobile Home had everything to do this including power and water. Great experience and huge fun.
Thank you Brian for your excellent explanation of everything and for the use of your Mobile Home which gave my wife and daughter the holiday of a lifetime. We'll be back next year to do Kalgoorlie.
Cheers, Greg Yeyen and Buthy

We hired the Mandurah Pioneer just before Christmas 2017. The wife and I along with our two kids, 2.5 yrs and 4 months old, took the van for two weeks and hit the road. Our trip was to Adelaide from Perth. We even got on the ferry in Cape Jervis and crossed over to Kangaroo Island and did a round trip there. There is nothing I can say other than the Sprinter was absolutely brilliant. The thing drives like a normal road car, it is comfortable and so well equipped. The water is hot, the fridge is cold and bed is really comfy. The ride was comfortable and the thing gets around 1000 kilometers to a tank if you sit on 80klm, which we did. The owners of the van are really nice people and did a great deal with us for the extra miles we did, all before we left Perth. In total we did 6800 kilometers and had an absolute ball. I would recommend this van to anyone for any kind of trip and can tell everyone that we will be taking the van again when the family is ready to do another road trip (Maybe Ayers Rock, Uluru before they "Apparently" close it to walk on) In summary the Mandurah Pioneer is absolutely fantastic.
