We are so glad we found Jacquelines motorhome on the Camptoo website.

The booking process was straightforward and Jacqueline helped when we had queries in advance of our trip.

This was our first motorhome trip for our family of four (children aged 7&14) and we couldn’t wait to get going.

On the day of collection everything was straight forward. We met Jacqueline at her home address and she guided us through the motorhome explaining everything and how things worked…. The various Controls, toilet waste emptying, water refilling, etc. We were then quickly good to go.

We set off from Armadale, to Glencoe, then Loch Ness, Nairn, down to St Andrew’s and then return trip to Armadale for drop off.

Fuel for the entire trip was £98. We thought it would be more to be honest. The tank was full on collection and we refilled on return.

When dropping off Jacqueline ensured we had not left anything behind and had a cursory check over. We then collected our own vehicle that we had parked along the street from Jacqueline’s home.

Everything was so straightforward from start to finish, especially for a family of complete motorhome novices like ourselves.

Jacquelines motor home was immaculate, well equipped and very comfortable. The only thing we had to take that wasn’t provided was some camping chairs. That’s it.

If anyone is reading this and considering using Jacquelines motor home, do not think twice. You will love it, as my family and I did.

Happy camping
