We expect our family motorhome to be treated as if it were your own, with love and care, we will show you how everything works on pick up or via videos b4 pick up. There's also a welcome pack with manuals on how to work everything. Any breakages or loosing of items or damage to items will be paid for by you and will come out of your damage deposit. Pick up van with a full tank of diesel and we expect it to be returned with a full tank. You can park your car safely at my house until you return. You must stay within speed limits and drive responsibly at all times. Any speeding fines or parking tickets are your responsibility. Always empty toilet and water waste before travel. Make sure all windows and roof windows are closed properly before any travel, do not empty greasy dishwasher down the sink as it causes tank to smell please use a washing bowl and pour down an outside drain. You must return van clean and tidy, wash your dishes, empty kettle, and store everything where you found it. Please remove all your rubbish before returning. Please make sure you take all your belongings, food etc on return. All bedding is included in hire there are no towels so bring your own.
Damage Deposit £1000
Cleaning fee £50 (deep clean covid) this includes professional deep clean, valet, laundry of bedding. Our motorhome must be brought back with the toilet waste emptied and rinsed. No exception or you will be charged £100.
Minimum age 25-75 full UK driving licence is required with 2 forms of I. D. and proof of residency, eg utility bill or bank statement, passport with name and address. Motorhome will be fully insured for your trip.
Pick up and drop of times to be arranged.

If you or anyone you are travelling with has covid 19 or symptoms of covid please do not book until after your isolation period. Or your booking will be void.

We have said no festivals, there's an exception for our local hay festival which is only 4 miles down the road from us and is available to hire for that.
