Cosy & Warm, Richard is perfect for romantic getaways

Richard is our 2 berth campervan. Converted in 2018, he is fully equipped with all you need to get out there and have fun! He has a Britstops membership so you can enjoy free stays all over Britain at farm shops, country pubs, vineyards, and many more interesting sites.

He sleeps two in a cosy fixed rear alcove bed reached by a ladder. The bed area has storage pockets and a full-sized double mattress. No need to make and unmake your bed each day, you can leave it set up ready for a refreshing snooze after your day's activities.

Talking of activities, he has a large garage area that will comfortably store all your equipment for hiking, mountain biking, or deep-sea diving! No need to bring your muddy boots into your living area, just store them in the garage to keep them dry and out of the way. Inside there is plenty of space to store your clothes and well-placed hooks to hang towels etc.

He has a kitchen area with a two-burner hob and sink. He is fully equipped with all the cookware, cutlery, and crockery you need for two people. He has splashbacks to keep the kitchen area clean and tidy and comes with tea, coffee, and sugar ready for your morning cuppa. Just bring the milk! He also has a fridge with an icebox and a microwave. He has a large seating area with a removable table for dining and a fold-up end table for an extra cooking surface or even a small laptop desk if you have to bring the office with you.

In the cab area, he has three belted seats, a CD player, and a mobile phone holder with USB charge points. There is plenty of storage for maps and snacks and the middle seat folds down to make a tray with cupholders. He also comes with a Bluetooth speaker that can be used in the cab when travelling and in the living area on camp. He has a steering lock and a wheel clamp for added security. He has a reversing camera and large electric wing mirrors with blindspot mirrors to help manoeuvre him. He has a 3-litre engine and has a lot of pull.

He has a diesel space heater and is fully insulated so is ideal for the colder months. He has a large water tank with pump and heater. He has a Thetford cassette toilet and shower. He has a 25 litre underslung LPG gas tank that can be refilled at most garages. A few things to note; hot water, microwave and 13amp plug sockets are only available on electric hook up. The fridge, interior lighting, diesel space heater and water pump all work off-grid. Cleaning products and additional chemicals for the cassette toilet are provided. I am not providing bedding at this stage due to Covid-19 so please bring your own. Flexible pick up and drop off times so you can make the most of your holiday!
